Q - How do I place an order?
A - Ordering from Prayerbeadstore.com is very simple. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button in that product's description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button/icon at the top of the page. You can update the quantitiy of your item, delete your item or if you want, you can also keep shopping.


Q - What types of payment do you accept?
A - Prayerbeadstore.com accepts three types of payment;

1 - By 3ds secure credit card payment (Visa & MasterCard). Note: Our credit card payment system has 3ds security. If you have any problem during credit card checkout, you can alternatively use PayPal checkout (See option 2)

2 - PayPal checkout. If you have a PayPal account, you can easily login your PayPal account and complete your order. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use "debit or credit card payment" via PayPal's guest checkout (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). For this, you should click "Pay with PayPal" button on our checkout page. Then you will go to PayPal’s payment page. On this page you can use “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button or "guest checkout" button or "create account" button and complete your order with your credit card without any registration.

3 - By bank transfer. If your order's amount will be min. 250 USD or more, we accept also USD bank transfer. For the bank transfer details, please contact us via e-mail; "sales@prayerbeadstore.com"


Q - Is my credit card secure?
A – Yes, we use Comodo Secure and PayPal's 128 bit SSL extra secure payment system for the checkout. Paypal’s encryption also keeps your online transactions heavily guarded from start to finish.
