If you're not 100% satisfied with our product(s) or service; we'll be glad to refund the original item value. Understanding the delicate nature of our products, returns must be made promptly.

To receive a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s) at our Europe office within 15 days of original delivery date in original/unused condition and with original shipping package included. Wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all parts are securely in place. Your PayPal account will then be refunded the amount of the item, except all shipping and handling charges in both directions.

If your delivery address is different from the registered delivery address in PayPal, you should contact us about your right delivery address. Otherwise, Prayer Bead Store will ship orders to registered PayPal delivery address. Prayer Bead Store is not responsible for lost of packages because of wrong delivery - shipping address.
