If you're not 100% satisfied with our product(s) or service; we'll be glad to refund the original item value. Understanding the delicate nature of our products, returns must be made promptly.

Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all tags are securely in place. Your PayPal account will then be refunded the amount of the item, except all shipping and handling charges in both directions.
To receive a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s) at our Europe office within 21 days of original delivery date in original/unused condition and with original shipping package included. Wholesale orders are non-refundable.

If your delivery address is different from the registered delivery address in PayPal. You should contact us about your right delivery address. Otherwise, Prayer Bead Store will ship orders to registered PayPal delivery address. Prayer Bead Store is not responsible for lost of packages because of wrong delivery - shipping address.

Please note that the price of special order merchandise is subject to change due to the nature of fluctuating prices with precious gems and precious metals in the market.
